Tropicana Golf & Country Resort is a resort-living developments located in the prime district of Petaling Jaya. Developed by Tropicana Corporation Berhad, it is an exclusive and all-inclusive luxurious township in a gated community. Tropicana Golf & Country Resort lies strategically on 625 acres worth of land comprising of not only residential, but also commercial developments. Since its opening, this prestigious resort has been offering wide open spaces, modern living environment, breathtaking landscape and exotic flora to all of its residents. Officially launched by the then Prime Minister of Malaysia Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, the Tropicana Golf & Country Resort saw its grand opening on 13 January 1996. Since then, the Resort has become synonymous with prestigious resort-style developments and is Tropicana’s most established brand. Located in a prime suburb of Petaling Jaya, the 625-acre gated and guarded community has won both the FIABCI award and the International Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television.

Tropicana Golf & Country Club welcomes members who appreciate the finer aspects of life and leisure. Residents and/or members of the resort automatically enjoy exclusive member status and all Clubhouse facilities are extended to them. For non-residents, Tropicana Golf & Country Club offers two kinds of exclusive membership programmes.
Within the resort itself, there are many amenities available to all residents such as Alam Convenience Store, De Manshop Tailoring, Eco Hair Saloon, Pro-Shop Golf Shop, Kain, Kindyland Tropicana, Tropicana Cilnic, The Green House Florist and prayer rooms.
The main road in and out Tropicana Golf & Country Resort is Jalan Tropicana Utama. Along this main road, it branches off into many inner roads: Jalan TR 4/1, Jalan TR 5/1, Jalan TR 5/2, Jalan TR 6/1, Jalan TR 6/2, Jalan TR 6/3, Jalan TR 7/1, Jalan TR 7/2, Jalan TR 7/3, Jalan TR 8/1, Jalan TR 8/2, Jalan TR 8/3, Jalan TR 9/1, Jalan TR 9/2, Jalan TR 9/3, Jalan TR 9/4, Jalan TR 9/5, Jalan TR 9/6, Jalan TR 9/7, Jalan TR 9/8, Jalan TR 9/9, and Jalan Kelab Tropicana. Jalan Kelab Tropicana leads to Tropicana Golf & Country Club. Jalan TR 9s are also known as Green Acres.
Jalan TR 9/6, 9/8, and 9/9 houses double storey terrace houses. The houses have land areas of 22 x 80 or 24 x 80 square feet dimensions totalling 1760 or 1920 square feets. Each house consists of standard 4 bedrooms, 1 study/utility room, and 3 bathrooms. The monthly maintenance fees are approximately RM100 per month.
Jalan TR 7/1, and Jalan TR 9/1 to Jalan TR 9/8 houses semi-detached houses. The semi-ds have land areas from as small as 3500 square feet to as big as 7000 square feet.
Bungalows and bungalow lots are located along Jalan TR 4/1, Jalan TR 5/1, Jalan TR 5/2, Jalan TR 6/1, Jalan TR 6/2, Jalan TR 6/3, Jalan TR 7/2, Jalan TR 7/3, Jalan TR 8/1, Jalan TR 8/2, Jalan TR 8/3, Jalan TR 9/1, and Jalan TR 9/7. The bungalow lots are generally rectangular in shape and from least 8000 sqft to half an acre (24,000 square feet) in size.
Jalan Tropicana Utama
Jalan TR 5/1, Jalan TR 5/2, Jalan TR 6/1 to 6/3, Jalan TR 7/1, Jalan TR 8/2, Jalan TR 8/3, Jalan TR 9/1, and Jalan TR 9/7 are cul de sacs. Hence, fewer houses and more privacy along these roads.
Situated in Klang Valley’s most prominent area, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort is within the vicinity of many city centres in and around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
