Riana Green is the best place to reside if you are looking for a tropical resort condominium near and in the busy heart of Petaling Jaya. In the Damansara vicinity, this condo is in much demand because of its beautiful, resort architecture under the leadership of IJM Land Berhad and integration of multiple amenities to capture anyone’s attention on a first visit itself. Budget-friendly pricing of units and strong 24/7 security surveillance make everyone to fall in love with Riana Green.
Riana Green is a leasehold condominium strategically located along Jalan Tropicana Utara in the high-class Tropicana enclave. IJM Land made sure from the construction point of view, that Riana Green makes a perfect ideal example to its other competitors present nearby. This mega project was completed in 4 consecutive phases; the first development phase was completed in 1997 and the last phase marked its completion in the year 2003. It has 21 number of blocks which are low rise, medium rise and high rise blocks housing in total 1500 number of units. The built-up area of each unit varies in between 520 sq ft to 2760 sq ft.
As the location plan shows, the first phase is coloured in green, the second phase in purple, the third phase in blue, and the fourth phase in pink.

1st to 6th floors are 1 bedroom units. Each floor has 16 units which are split into halves of 8 units per side.
