9 Bukit Utama or commonly known as 9BU is located in Bukit Utama, west of Bandar Utama township, a suburb in the northern part of Petaling Jaya, Selangor and opposite Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur. 9 Bukit Utama is in Bandar Utama township’s condominium zone which occupies a generous land area of 200 acres of prime elevated land west of the housing development.


ACCESSIBILITY


9 Bukit Utama is located along Persiaran Bukit Utama, next to a beautiful 9-hole golf course area and clubhouse - The Club Bukit Utama.
